- Documents are listed on the intake form - If requesting rental assistance, provide copy of eviction notice from landlord or court - If requesting utility assistance, provide copies of recent utility bills

Provides emergency temporary financial assistance for rent, heating, has, and water as funds are available. Individuals seeking assistance must have exhausted all other government and local resources but still need assistance. For temporary or emergency housing, please use 2-1-1 resources. WAM is unable to respond quickly to emergency housing requests.
