Description
Provides free legal assistance to victims of crime, including direct representation in the criminal justice system to uphold crime victims' rights. Does not perform civil work (i.e. divorce or child custody matters). Also provides informational and technical assistance to attorneys, victim service providers and legislators on crime victims' rights laws.
