Required documents

Must provide a current drivers license or state ID for all adults. Must provide a bill verifying address on Photo ID.

By appointment only. Appointments scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Provides emergency food assistance for individuals and families in need. Prebagged hygiene items, including toilet paper, bar soap, toothpaste, tooth brushes, and menstruation supplies are available. Provides a Pet Food Pantry sponsored by the Humane Society of Summit County, when available, for clients receiving food.
