Eligibility
Must meet income guidelines (200% of poverty) and reside in the City of Westlake.
Required documents
Proof of Address/Residency (driver's license, utility bill or other piece of mail)
Proof of income, and Photo ID.
Hours
Clients will be informed of pick-up time at time of walk in registration appointment. Distribution will be prior to the holidays.
Application process
Phone M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm for an appointment to register for baskets. New clients should registor at least one week before the holiday. Walk in with documents to registration appointment. May register for both distributions in one appointment.
