Eligibility
Serves youth under 18 in Summit, Medina, Stark, and Wayne Counties who have been affected by addiction.
Eligibility includes youth who have lost a parent to an overdose, have a parent in drug rehabilitation, were removed from a household due to parental addiction, or have a parent who is incarcerated on drug charges. Registration must be completed by legal guardian.
Required documents
Guardianship paperwork and birth certificate for each child.
Hours
Pickup time as arranged by agency. Pickup will be in Norton Ohio.

Application process
Complete form at www.lissyslegacyoflove.org/about-5 and submit guardianship paperwork and birth certificates for each child to [email protected] within 24 hours of applying. Deadline to apply is March 15th, 2026 or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
