Eligibility

Cuyahoga County youth through age 17 who have been referred from the Juvenile Court and who have had an unruly complaint filed against them. Must not have been on probation before or have any current charges within the Juvenile Court system.

Description

Provides a diversion program for youth to avoid official Juvenile Court proceedings. Program focuses on parental involvement and improving social skills, problem solving, and communication. Anger management, mental health assessment, case management, and linkage to other necessary services are provided if needed.
