Eligibility

Active duty military personnel from any branch of the military, active duty reservists and National Guard personnel and their families residing in Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties.

Required documents

Families will need to have the military member's Social security number, rank, unit assigned, military address, commander or first sergeant names, unit telephone numbers, and the TDY/deployment location. Military personnel must have their military ID card.

Contacts deployed military personnel on behalf of families experiencing an event which requires an urgent communication such as a death, illness, or birth of a child. Offers emergency leave verification and basic information and referral.
