The week of Jan 18: Ohioans 80 years of age & older Jan. 25, 2021 Ohioans 75 years or age and older and those with severe congenital or developmental disorders Feb 1st Ohioans 70 years and older and employees of K-12 schools Feb 8: Ohioans 65 years of age & older

Application process

Please have them visit www.vaccinatepreble.com to schedule an appointment. We ask that you please help anyone who needs assistance with registering online or ask a family member or friend to help them. Helping them or finding someone who can will get them registered much quicker than waiting on a volunteer to call, as our list is very long.

Please see information below on how to register to obtain a COVID-19 Vaccination. For folks who need help registering we are asking them to have a family member or friend help them. If they have no one who can help they can call our office, leave their name and phone number, and we'll have volunteers call to help them with registration. Please see the infographic for eligibility. Only those eligible will be able to receive vaccine.
