Description

Provides local mechanism for residents to participate in planning and implementing strategies for neighborhood revitalization. Services include: small business support and recruitment, community organizing assistance around safety issues for block clubs, purchase and renovation of commercial and residential properties, and participation in City of Cleveland programs (Paint Refund program, Storefront Renovation program, home repair program; Cleveland Housing Network lease-purchase program for home buyers, technical assistance from the Cleveland Restoration Society. Purchases, renovates and owns buildings with section 8 rental units.
