Eligibility

*Receive their primary or secondary heat source from a company regulated by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) *Have a total household income which is at or below 175 percent federal poverty level *Apply for all federal assistance programs for which they are eligible *Utility must be in the name of an adult household member

Apply online OR call for an in person appointment, walk ins are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Appointments are strongly encouraged.
