Eligibility
Geauga County youth age 12 through 17 yrs. with substance use disorder. Can accept youth who have been referred by the court.
Required documents
Agency will advise.
Hours
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Application process
Phone for information M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. Clients must then be screened by the Family and Children First Council Screening Committee at Geauga County Job and Family Services.
Fees
Sliding scale; Medicaid, private insurance.
