Serves residents in the City of Westlake. Children must be age 5 by August 1st in order to attend kindergarten during the academic year.

For registration scheduled appointments, parents or legal guardians must bring their Photo ID and the following: completed online registration certified birth certificate (original and a photocopy) complete immunization record, complete certified copy of court order showing custody or guardianship IEP/ETR or gifted plan (if applicable). Two proof of residency documents also required for current residents one document must be a signed rental/lease agreement, purchase agreement, construction contract, deed, home mortgage statement or home mortgage coupon second document must be a current utility bill or letter of verification of service (gas, water/sewer or electric only), residency tax bill, current pay stub with address, or municipal income tax statement. Proof of residency for those moving into Westlake: a signed rental/lease agreement and letter from manager, purchase agreement and letter from lender or realtor or construction contract and letter from contractor or realtor.
