Open to income-eligible Lakewood owner-occupants. Applicant (owner) must satisfy all identified exterior code violations before the grant assistance will be received. Call for household income limits.

Application process

Call M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm to request an application packet. This should be completed and returned to the Division with a copy of the applicant's most recent federal tax return. An exterior inspection is required.
