Description

Offers a group-oriented, facility-based program for children 12-36 months of age with, or at risk for, developmental disabilities and delays. Services include educational and therapeutic services, daily use of play yard, individualized family services plan, transportation, in-home visits and transitions to a pre-school setting. Students work with physical, occupational and speech therapists.
