Provides anyone living with a substance use disorder, the following services are offered:Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)Outpatient Program (OP)Individual CounselingCase ManagementAll groups (PHP, IOP, OP) follow an evidence-based curriculum to provide participants with education and coping skills needed to maintain long term sobriety.
