Provides a closed circuit radio station which allows the blind and other individuals with disabilities to remain in touch with the print media by broadcasting readings of newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and books. Offers subscribers an option to listen to broadcasts of rehabilitation programs and other programs tailored to the needs of the individuals with disabilities.
