Serves residents of Avon age 55 and over.
Required documents
Passenger Transportation Information Form. Call the office or visit the website to download the passenger transportation form under the Senior Center tab.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 2:30pm, by appointment.
Transportation to medical appointments outside of Avon are available (downtown main campus, Strongsville, Parma, VA Hospitals, and so forth). Appointments should be made in the morning as drivers need to report back to the Senior Center by 2:30pm
must allow for travel time.
