Eligibility

Serves adults 18 years of age or older who are facing a criminal case in the Lyndhurst Municipal Court and who are found to be in financial need as determined by the court. Lyndhurst Municipal Court jurisdiction includes: Lyndhurst, Gates Mills, Highland Heights, Mayfield Village, Mayfield Heights, and Richmond Heights.

M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm.

Application process

Service will be offered on first court date (arraignment) and may be requested at court dates afterward. If client requests service, Poverty Affidavit Forms will be given to the client to fill out. May walk in to request service or phone for information.

Fees

Fixed fee for registration (cannot be waived).
