Call to make an appointment. Shingles vaccine is not kept on hand. Those who want it should call ahead to see that it is ordered.
Fees
Fixed fee. Accepts most insurance. Third party payment accepted, including Medicaid, and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Those living further than 150 miles from the main site may have other requirements.

Description
Provides general purpose physicals, immunizations against miscellaneous diseases, and pediatrics. Immunizations offered include childhood immunizations, HPV vaccine, shingles, and tetanus. Boosters are available for adults who have never had diseases such as measles/mumps/rubella. Boosters are also available if it has been more than 10 years since someone has been vaccinated against polio, meningitis, or Hepatitis B.
