Hours

Customer service phone line is answered M-F: 8:00am-6:00pm. The emergency reporting line is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Repair and maintenance services take place M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.

Application process

Phone 9-1-1 for gas leaks or other emergencies. To report an outage or service irregularity, phone the emergency reporting line. For payment plan or billing inquiries, phone during customer service phone line hours to speak with a staff member. May also email non-emergency questions to customer service via the "Contact Us" tab on the website.

Fees

Free for consumer questions or reporting, but standard fees apply for utility service.

Description

Provides customer assistance with utility connection/disconnection, service or billing complaints, and a list of other service providers for price comparisons. Repairs exterior gas lines (from meter to gas main) and performs maintenance on the community wide-natural gas delivery system. Also provides basic consumer education regarding natural gas and its use.
