Eligibility
Serves families who have lost their home due to a fire or are starting over after a domestic violence situation in Tuscarawas, Coshocton and Guernsey counties.
Required documents
- Photo ID.
- Copy of current bill with address.
- Birth certificates for all children in the household age 18 and under.
Hours
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm and by appointment.
