Description
Holds jurisdiction over minors who have been charged with an offense that would be considered criminal if committed by an adult or who have committed status offenses or traffic violations. Handles cases in which Lorain County Children Services is involved because of allegations of abuse, neglect or dependency of children. Handles cases involving unmarried parents for custody, paternity, child support or visitation. Handles juvenile civil protection orders.
