Signature Health accepts Traditional Medicare, Ohio Medicaid and the following Medicare Advantage Plans: AARP, Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye, CareSource, Humana, Molina, United Healthcare, Valor Health Plan, and Wellcare. Other insurance may be acceptable.

pm.),
Friday: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.
-Walk-in Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
-Primary Care Hours: Monday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
-Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
-Behavioral Health Lab: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
-Lab Hours: Monday: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
