*Income Based: 50 percent or less of the median income for the area *Families of two or more or a single person household that is elderly or disabled *Families that have a member or members who have engaged in violent criminal activity or drug related criminal activity are, in most cases, not eligible. *Families with members that are required to register as a lifetime sexual offender are not eligible.

Application process

Clients must complete an online application to determine eligibility and be placed on the wait list. *Computers are available for use in their lobby during listed hours.

Fees

Tenant rent is based on 30% of the families’ adjusted gross income.
