$30.00 Half Day (under 4 hours); $60.00 Full Day (4 hours and over). Some free service available.Call for eligibility. PASSPORT, Veterans Administration, and ODD Waiver accepted.

Description

Offers daytime support for family caregivers. Adult day health care is a recreational program with medical services and oversight. Enhances physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Meals,snacks, and medical management provided. Out of facility day trips in season. Transportation is available in Muskingum County only.
