Description
Provides breast cancer patients with referral services, brochures, and support group services to help patients understand their breast cancer diagnosis and help them make informed choices about their treatment. Helps navigate patients who lack insurance or are having trouble receiving a diagnosis by providing appropriate referrals. Also provides education and resources to help all breast cancer survivors understand their diagnosis and learn how to access optimal follow up care for breast cancer.
