Teen pregnancy program designed around helping teens become responsible parents and delivering a healthy baby. Prenatal and postpartum care includes meeting with a doctor, nurse practitioner, social worker and dietitian. Option to participate in Centering Pregnancy (group care). Learn about healthy pregnancy, healthy habits, safe sleep practices, caring for baby, balancing parenthood with school and relationships. Sign up for WIC, home visiting support and other programs.
