Eligibility

Organizations anywhere that are classified tax exempt by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Toys are for youth aged through 12 years.

Required documents

Documents that show proof of identity of those non-profit agencies receiving toys may be required.

Registration for non-profits and agencies is open October 1st, 2025 and will close on October 15th, 2025.

Application process

Visit web site for organization sign up. On Cuyahoga County page, under the "Request a Toy" tab, click on "Non Profit-Agency Request Form" to reach a form organizations need to fill out to get toys. Toy distribution will begin Monday, November 17th, 2025 and end Monday, December 15th, 2025.

Supports the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program by raising and distributing funds to supplement the collection of local toy distribution initiatives and providing administrative, advisory, financial, logistic and promotional support to local coordinators. Conducts public education and information programs in support of Toys for Tots.
