Description
Identifies and attempts to introduce individuals who are homeless and experiencing mental illness or substance use disorders into the social services/ behavioral healthcare service delivery system. Services include case management and referrals to other supportive services. The Homeless Outreach Center offers showers, laundry facilities, and a telephone for homeless individuals to use.

Serves as a safety net for those who suffer from illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and personality disorders. Services include psychiatric and medical programs, rehabilitation, advocacy, and support for recovery. Agency is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
