Eligibility

Serves Summit County families and guardians of youth age 20 and under who are involved in a crisis.

Required documents

Parental or guardian consent, youth insurance card (if applicable).

Hours

- Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm. - Mobile deployment services are dispatched within the hour, but may be up to 48 hours depending on the time of call.

Fees

Accepts Ohio Medicaid. Services are available regardless of ability to pay. Uninsured individuals will have services billed to the Summit County ADM Board.
