Provides cash assistance for families who are experiencing an unexpected financial shortfall and have insufficient resources to obtain essential services or to meet expenses in situations where financial assistance related to their specific circumstance is unavailable. *Benefits last up to 36 months *Adults are limited to a total of 60 months of OWF cash assistance through their lifetime
