Eligibility
Serves income-qualified families in Summit, Portage, and Stark counties.
- Annual income for a household of one (1) must be at or below $29,425.
- Annual income for a household of two (2) must be at or below $39,825.
- Annual income for a household of three (3) must be at or below $50,225.
- Annual income for a household of four (4) must be at or below $60,625.
- Annual income for a household of five (5) must be at or below $71,025.
- Annual income for a household of six (6) must be at or below $81,425.
- Annual income for a household of seven (7) must be at or below $91,825.
- Annual income for a household of eight (8) must be at or below $102,225.
Required documents
Photo ID, proof of residency, and a note from a doctor stating what food allergies client has (information on diagnosis not required).
