Serves Jefferson County residents age 18 and over who meet income and other eligibility guidelines. The Very Low Income (HCVP - Section 8) Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1, 2025): - Family of 1 = $29,850. - Family of 2 = $34,100. - Family of 3 = $38,350. - Family of 4 = $42,600. - Family of 5 = $46,050. - Family of 6 = $49,450. - Family of 7 = $52,850. - Family of 8 = $56,250. The Low Income (Public Housing) Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1, 2025): - Family of 1: $47,750. - Family of 2: $54,550. - Family of 3: $61,350. - Family of 4: $68,150. - Family of 5: $73,650. - Family of 6: $79,100. - Family of 7: $84,550. - Family of 8: $90,000.
