Eligibility

Youth residing in Ohio who need mental health treatment in order to be reunited with their families. Boys are accepted from age 8-16, girls age 11-16.

Required documents

Case history or records of any previous mental health services. Health card if applicable, or 3-4 pay stubs as verification of income.

Hours

24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Application process

Phone to be screened for appropriateness of placement and possibility of securing an available bed, M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.

Fees

Fixed fee (generally paid for by referring county agency).

Description

Offers therapeutic, educational, and recreational services in a carefully structured out of home environment for boys and girls. Residents live in cottages supervised 24 hours a day by staff members who act as positive adult role models. A licensed therapist and care manager coordinates each child's treatment plan.
