Description

Provides intensive rehabilitative services for patients who are disabled as a result of injury or disease. Services include evaluation of abilities and implementation of a rehabilitation plan. Rehabilitation plans may incorporate physical, occupational, speech and/or other types of therapies along with education about modifications in lifestyle.
