Description

Collects delinquent taxes in real estate, manufactured homes, personal property, bankruptcy and foreclosure. Suggests possible benefits and alternative payment plans. Considers requests for penalty forgiveness in extenuating circumstances. Provides information on annual tax lien sales for taxpayers and potential buyers. Will explain your tax bill, suggest any tax reductions for which you might qualify, setup monthly payment plans while stopping further interest and penalties from being added and explain the process for appeals.
