Serves Summit County residents with basic probate matters. Cannot assist with the making of a will, complicated estates, adoption proceedings, or contested matters. Limit one (1) visit per case.

Description

Licensed attorneys offer legal guidance to individuals representing him or herself in court proceedings involving the death of a loved one, guardianships and other probate law matters. Provides minor assistance and answers questions regarding basic probate matters such as name changes, simple estate transfers, guardianships, forms, and court procedures. Offers referral services for complicated probate issues and notary services.
