Eligibility
Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton County who:
- are active Duke Energy Kentucky customers
- have resided at their current address for at least the last 12 months
- have a past due balance/outstanding Duke Energy bill(s)
- have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
- have not previously participated in the Payment Plus program

Description
Offers qualified households the opportunity to receive up to a $500 credit towards the arrearage of their Duke Energy bill. Participants must attend scheduled classes on energy efficiency, budget, and credit counseling held by NKCAC and allow People Working Cooperatively to weatherize their home to receive the full bill credit.
