Description

Provides access to victim advocates who can answer general questions about crime victim rights, the criminal justice process, and related topics. Advocates may also provide referrals to other local resources and services that offer support to crime victims. In some cases, advocates may provide assistance filing for restitution, guidance on writing victim impact statements, and accompaniment to court proceedings.
