Eligibility

Serves the following counties in Northeast Ohio: Ashland, Ashtabula, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne Counties. Only ophthalmologists may arrange for cornea transplants.

Fees
