Open to individuals who reside within Bellevue, Cold Spring, Dayton, Fort Thomas, Highland Heights, Melbourne, Silver Grove, Southgate, Wilder, and unincorporated areas of Campbell County. Campbell County Animal Services does not provide Animal Control for the cities of Alexandria and Newport.
