Eligibility

Youth ages 7 to 17. Must have a disability.

Required documents

Completed agency intake and program registration form.

Hours

Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Appointments available and necessary during any federally and state mandated regulations. Schedue intake appointment. Program hours will be posted.

Languages

We are not multi-lingual, but if proper notification we will work to meet every accommodation possible to service our consumers.

Application process

Forms are available at Independent Living Center of NCO office for registration. No cost for attendees. Must come into office and fill-out intake. Locations are subject to change based on availability.

Description

Each annual program has focused theme, including recreational activities for youth with disabilities. Events held weekly and run for 8 to 10 weeks, beginning the first week of Jun, and are 2 hours long. * Note: Parents/caregivers must accompany the youth and are responsible for transportation to and from events. Events occur rain or shine, unless weather is critical and may have to change location so check with the office when in doubt. With social distancing PPE provided and mandated guidelines for the health and safety of all in place.
