Eligibility

- Must be homeless with no residence. Defined by the agency as living in a shelter, group home, transitional housing, facing eviction or foreclosure, or "couch surfing". - Must be residing in Summit or Medina county.

Community Support Services

Provides community-based behavioral and physical healthcare services in Summit County as well as housing support, homeless outreach, and supported employment. Serves as a safety net for those who suffer from illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and personality disorders. Services include psychiatric and medical programs, rehabilitation, advocacy, and support for recovery. Agency is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
