Description
Offers a Rapid Re-Housing Program that will provide financial assistance and services to prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless and help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized. The funds under this program are intended to target individuals and families who would be homeless without this assistance. Every household assisted by this program is provided case management to help them identify needs, establish a safe living situation, and to create a plan that connects them to the resouces needed to help them maintain housing. Only help with utility assistance if they are in jeopardy of being evicted.
