Description

Outpatient counseling services for those in need of individual or group therapy. Weekly sessions assist people in addressing/dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, stress, family difficulties and grief issues. TRANSITIONS is an intensive outpatient-partial hospital group therapy program designed to help people learn ways to manage their difficulties.
