Up to 80% area median income.
Required documents
Proof of ID (State ID, Driver's license, Social security card, or written verification of identity provided by caseworker). Undocumented immigrants are eligible to apply, if a copy of a passport or ID from country of origin can be provided. Lease/rental agreement. Contact information for landlord.
Lease agreement (Must be current, signed by landlord, indicate correct address and rent amount). Must be able to contact landlord in order for application to be submitted.
Proof of income (Most recent federal tax return, last 30 days of paystubs or SSI/disability benefit letter). Self attestation letter will be accepted, if no income.
Proof of hardship (Layoff letter, medical bills)
If facing eviction, 3 day notice or other eviction notice received from landlord.
