Eligibility

Adults 18 years of age or older who are chemically dependent.

Required documents

Photo I.D. Medicaid card and/or referral form (if applicable) proof of Cuyahoga County residency Social Security number proof of income (pay stub or tax document) proof of family size (social security numbers or birth certificates of dependents).

Hours

Non-Intensive: 1 to 3 days a week, Intensive: 4 days a week. Day and evening Classes offered. Session runs for 8 weeks.

Fees

Sliding scale for people who are low-income residents of Cuyahoga County. Fixed fee for others. Medicaid accepted. In some cases, fees may be paid by the referring agency (such as a probation department).
