Open to individuals in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana only filing 2025 taxes with a yearly household income of $84,000 or less.

Tax returns including the following situations (among others) are ineligible for these services:

  • Recent bankruptcy,
  • Rental income,
  • Self-employment income with employees, inventory, or a business loss,
  • Cryptocurrency trading,
  • Immigrants in country for less than a year,
  • Income from sale of a personal property other than a home, and
  • Farm Income.

Application process

Walk-ins accepted on a first come, first served basis. It is recommended that walk-ins arrive at this location’s start time, but not early. Due to volume limitations, walk-in locations may turn away a taxpayer if they are full for the day. For follow-up questions, please do not contact the Millvale Recreation Center, tax preparation services at this location are not provided by Recreation Center staff.
