Serves Cuyahoga County residents age 16 or older who have developmental disabilities.

Will review needed documents at time of intake.
Hours
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, based on need.
Application process
Phone for information M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. Referral must be made in writing by CBDD. There is a waiting list for this program or service.
