Any individual, age 18 or older, who is experiencing symptoms of chemical dependency. There is no county residency requirement.

Application process

Phone for an appointment at any of the sites. Calling hours by site are: Glenbeigh Hospital, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; all other sites M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.

Fees

Accepts private health insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. Fees may be discounted for the uninsured or the underinsured. Financial assistance available as well as payment plans. Self-pay accepted.

Includes taking psychosocial information, diagnostic testing and collateral data from family, employer, etc.
